6. Availability
While we aim to keep Finex operational at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
Finex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial losses, incorrect entries, or decisions made based on the data stored within Finex.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Finex if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time by closing your account or choosing not to access the platform.
